I know of two buildings in the Shape of a Star of David:

 1.  The Hesder Yeshiva in the Jewish settlement Neve Dekalim. This building was designed by Architect Gershon Shevach.  Neve Dekalim was evacuated on 19 August 2005. See photos on:

2. "In Macedonia, a man plans to build a Holocaust museum… a white, Star of David-shaped building on three floors. The ground floor would house a museum to show Jewish life through history. The second floor would feature an education center and the third a research center".
