Mishpacha Magazine
A small article was published about Yevu Yashir 3D folded paper in the Mishpacha magazine of 28 September 2006, right before Sukkoth. Translation:
The Sukkah lampshade developed by the Barkan Family is made of paper and is opened in the shape of a 3D Star of David. The lampshade "upgrades" any ordinary bulb that lights the Sukkah and adds color and interest to the decorations. Comes in various colors.
Price: 35 NIS

In My Neighbour's Sukkah-2
This is another view of Yevu Yashir sukkah lampshade in my neighbour's sukkah. The new design seems quite comfortable with the old decorations, but don't worry - in ten years the new will become old...

Three Cubes
If you look carefully you'll see three cubes. The white square is on the top of each cube. As you can imagine I saw a lot of Star of David shaped objects during the making of this blog, but this one really surprised me! I think it is a brilliant design because it shows a recognized thing from an un recognized angle...Picture is courtesy of "Vincent44" who published it on Flickr.

Four Rivers
Picture is courtesy of "Vincent44" who published it on Flickr. Outside the circle are the Hebrew names of the four rivers that were in the Garden of Eden:
The name of the first is Pishon, which goes round about all the land of Havilah where there is gold. The name of the second river is the Gihon; it is the one that winds all through the land of Cush. "The name of the third river is the Tigris; it is the one that flows east of Asshur. The fourth river is the Euphrates.
(genesis 12)
The circle gives the user of this kabbalistic amulet protection from all directions and the same goes for the Star of David.
