A colorful Star of David appears on the window dedicated to the Levy tribe – vitrage (1962) by
Marc Chagall (1887-1985) at Hadassah Hospital Synagogue in Jerusalem. The choice of colors was inspired by the description of the breastplate of the High Priest in Exodus 28:17-21.
