Dror Auslander , Ariel Sharon
Dror Auslander painted Prime Minister Ariel Sharon as an auto portrait and even signed in his name. Dror Auslander told me that the white arrows on the blue stripes of the Israeli flag were inspired by Israeli rock singer Dani Dotan from The Klick band, who told him that the Israeli main stream political trend became right winged while the right wing parties became more leftish. Ariel Sharon always belonged to the right, but his policy as a Prime Minister became more and more leftish. This is the last Star of David painting by Dror Auslander I publish here.
