Picture of Star of David on a graffiti in New York is courtesy of "gabe gross" who published it on Flickr . It also shows the American flag, the Christian cross and the Muslim crescent . The idea, as far as I understand it, is to unite the different religious symblos so that people will stop using them as an excuse to kill each other and find themselves some other excuse.

Iranian Police Seized Drugs Video

On March 24, 2007 Iranian News Channel reported that Iranian police seized drugs in a few Iranian cities. On the video we see that the drug packages are arranged in the shape of a Star of David.

OneFamily Logo

The logo of OneFamily is in the shape of a Star of David. The Star is made from the lines of the legs of six figures. It reminds me of the Star of David made from the lines of holding hands on a stamp titled Pioneer Women 50th Anniversary

Deruta Plate

I took this picture in Italy. The city of Deruta, Umbria is famous for handpainted ceramics. There are hundreds of artists and shops in the city with each designing their own patterns. We found only one shop that had this pattern. The shop owner was from Turkey where he obtained a degree in graphic design while his wife majored in interior design. The plate was originally made for one customer in San Francisco. The artist blends his own colors and may be the only Deruta artist to utilize the dark blue.
