The Hebrew on the stickers reads: I love Israel (on top) and The Heart Says Thanks (on the bottom). The last sticker was made in 2002 to support the Israeli security forces like: Idf, police, Red Magen David...It is hard to see on this photo but each Star of David is made from six hearts.
