The Great American Ceiling
The same design of the Great American Seal, which appears on the one-dollar bill appears also in an old ceiling of hammam in a citadel in Aleppo/Haleb, Syria. The origin of this design is IMHO the double tetraktys.Picture is courtesy of "CharlesFred" who published it on Flickr.
