I know of two buildings in the Shape of a Star of David:

 1.  The Hesder Yeshiva in the Jewish settlement Neve Dekalim. This building was designed by Architect Gershon Shevach.  Neve Dekalim was evacuated on 19 August 2005. See photos on:
